It also discusses the implementation process for these programs. \n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker\n\n\n\nDennis Cash – Director\, Strategic Initiatives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStarted with Ameritas on June 26th\, 2017 to oversee the development and management of strategic initiatives within the Group Division. Strategic initiatives are defined as initiatives that deliver alternate revenue and profit streams for Ameritas Group Division.  Current focus is primarily on BenefitEd and hearing solutions.1995 Graduate of the University of Nebraska with double major in Management and Marketing.   \n\n\n\nHeld a variety of positions in the sales\, marketing and operations areas\, most recently with Lincoln Industries\, a metal finishing company for 13 years.  Before that\, Dennis worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 10 years in various sales and marketing roles in Salt Lake City Utah\, Boise Idaho\, and Lincoln Nebraska. Served in the Army National Guard for 12 years where he took advantage of one the earliest student loan repayment programs that was available
