Kahl\nManaging Partner\nChimienti & Associates\nKerrigan Kahl joined U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group’s partner firm\, Chimienti & Associates\, in September 2019 as Managing Director and assumed the role of Managing Partner in January 2020. With a specialization in worksite benefits management\, he is also focused on creating growth through the addition of core benefit offerings to existing clients. \nKerrigan started his insurance journey in 1979\, after graduating from college with a degree in Business Administration and minor in marketing. Education continues to be a very important aspect of Kerrigan’s growth and expertise in the Employee Benefit world\, having attained numerous industry certifications: Registered Health Underwriter\, Registered Employee Benefit Consultant\, Advanced Certified Benefit Consultant\, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist\, Certified Health Coach\, and Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist. \nOver the years Kerrigan has developed a very broad diversification and understanding of Employee Benefits. He started his career in the life insurance industry with Mutual Benefit Life\, and then with John Hancock. From there he moved into the Employee Benefit market with Keenan and Associates\, as Vice President\, running their Central Valley divisions for School\, Joint Power Authorities\, Trust\, and Cities. He later transitioned from the broker/consulting field to the carrier side\, starting with Delta Dental of California\, where he led a sales team in the Central Valley. Following that\, Kerrigan was the Western Regional Director at Ameritas\, where he managed a sales team for Northern California.
