Brian Skaggs is a Sr. Stop Loss Specialist with Sun Life Financial and 14 year veteran in the Employees Benefits industry. He works closely with brokers and clients to provide best in class Medical Stop-Loss coverage for self-funded groups. He is a Certified Self-Funding Specialist and active member of SAHU’s Crab Feed Committee. Brian is a long-time resident of Winters where he lives with his wife and 2 year old daughter, and is surrounded by close family and friends.
