Course Name: Embrace Risk, Manage Change, and Laugh Often
Discover how to use laughter and creativity when dealing with the seemingly unfunny business of balancing risk and managing change. This will require a new way of navigating the world and drawing on your personal powers of creativity and, yes even your sense of humor. You will learn the motivating forces behind, “how the brain really works,” and see why laughter is considered to be a universal medicine.
Jim will share specific tools and skills to add more laughter and creativity to the workplace for higher productivity and happiness. And most importantly in this session, you WILL Laugh a lot.
