This month’s course focuses on two important factors brokers need to know to help guide our clients as well as steps you may need to consider internally for your workforce. The first part of the course will cover the Business Action Steps For COVID-19, including how to keep employees safe in a COVID-19 workplace and the various related procedures. The second part covers the Top 10 Most Talked About HR Topics CA: wage & hour, employee classification, OSHA, harassment and other CA labor laws. This course is worth 1 CE credit.
Glen had a 13-year career with his family owned business and followed that up with a 20-year career in Human Resources with a national company before starting his own HR consulting firm Harbor HR. Glen’s extensive knowledge and skillset has assisted numerous businesses throughout his 20-year career in Human Resources, employee and management development, and company culture shaping.
Glen enjoys playing ice hockey (go Sharks!), exercising and playing just about any sport. Glen has run the New York City Marathon, twice run the California International Marathon, and countless half marathons (he especially loves and highly recommends the Disneyland half marathon).
