Hello SAHU Membership , SAHU Sponsors, and Crab Feed Sponsors,
The SAHU Executive Board and Crab Feed Committee have agreed that itâs in the best interest of everyone to move the SAHU Crab Feed to 4-8-2022. This will allow us to have a live event, a better understanding of the spread, and infection of COVID Omicron.
SAHU does not want cancel our event! We know everyone is looking forward to meeting in person and having a great time. We have confirmed that the new date is well within Dungeness Crab Season from our provider!
So mark your calendars and thank you for your understanding.

Leveraging Executive DI to Properly Cover Highly Compensated Executives & Owners Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 @ 12pm - 1:15pm Course Summary: This course reviews the financial protection issues that are common with privately-held companies and the risk to the owner(s) and key executives. We will discuss how to identify clients who are potentially at risk and how to conduct a proper initial assessment and what tools/resources are available to agents to help them evaluate and design an executive DI program. This includes reviewing and comparing different strategies, potential taxability of benefits, IRS âgross upâ provisions and policy ownership. Lastly, the course will identify situations that would require additional outside advisors, such as, CPAâs or legal counsel.
