SAHU Successfully Hosts 21st Annual Crab Feed in Unique COVID Style

SACRAMENTO, CA 10 Mar 2021 — On Friday evening March 5th, The Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters (SAHU) proudly hosted their 21st Annual Crab Feed Fundraiser.

Members of the association helped to serve gourmet food to-go in a COVID-safe drive-through event, serving over 190 dinners to industry professionals and attendees. “We worked hard and loved every minute seeing our peeps in the industry,’ said SAHU Treasurer and President Elect Carmen Perea.

SAHU was also the only local chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) to host the annual fundraiser this year.
Attendees participated in a first-ever online auction prior to the event, winning exclusive wine tours, VIP tables and more.

The proceeds for the event help support SAHU’s work on behalf of the health industry, and to help fund SAHU’s community service programs, including the River Oak Center for Children and the Sacramento Food Bank.
